A Most Rare and Endangered Species…
I began my career as a photographer, assisting an incredible human. He taught me how to be one of the gang. It’s a real art in itself to integrate into a group of strangers in an intimate setting and have them whole heartedly roping you in as one of the gang. I learned his lesson and now This is what we do as the divine day team.
When I began shooting on my own back in 2007, I immediately began working with my own assistants. Once the trust level was there, and once I knew I had them mirroring the perspective and approach I used, they were able to very successfully shoot on my behalf while I edited the images in my own unique way. Editing really is half the art.
our incredible gang all come from a fashion, fine art and editorial background and lean into an iconic + contemporary look and feel. As I am only able to take on a select number of weddings per year in person I do have space to do a few more weddings shot in proxy by the team with me on the editing. please do get in touch to see some of the galleries we have showcasing our collaborative work. we are proud!

It was so hard for us to find a photographer we liked. Probably the hardest choice of the whole wedding! So when we finally found you and you were available it was one of the happiest days for us!
